Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates depend on the items in your cart and the destination entered at checkout.

Before placing an order

Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see the options available for that order. Review the address, selected delivery method, charges and estimated timeframe before paying. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Order processing

After an order is submitted, payment and order details may be checked before fulfilment begins. Items in one order may be sent in separate parcels when they are fulfilled from different locations or become available at different times.

Tracking

When tracking is supplied by the carrier, the tracking link or reference will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking scans can take time to appear after a parcel is prepared.

Address changes

Use the contact form as soon as possible if an address is wrong. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be assessed before redelivery.

Delays, missing parcels and delivery damage

If the checkout estimate has passed, tracking has stopped updating, or a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant details. Keep the packaging and product while the matter is reviewed, and do not dispose of damaged items unless instructed.
