Terms of Sale
These terms explain the order process for products purchased from SlowMoose (ABN 52 692 423 224) through slowmoose.com.au.

Placing an order
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy the products in the order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfilment, subject to payment, availability and reasonable verification checks.
Prices, taxes and delivery charges
The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and final order total are shown during checkout. Prices and promotions can change before an order is submitted. A corrected price will not be applied to an accepted order without the customer's agreement except where required or permitted by law.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be handled by Shopify or another payment provider. An order may be held or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, unauthorised or reasonably flagged for fraud review.
Availability and listing errors
Products can become unavailable after checkout, and listings can contain genuine pricing, specification or inventory errors. If SlowMoose cannot fulfil an order as submitted, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the affected item and return the amount paid for it.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us promptly if an order needs to change. A customer-requested change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. SlowMoose may cancel an order where fulfilment is impossible, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the order breaches these terms or applicable law.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimates are governed by the Shipping & Delivery page and the choices shown at checkout. Carrier events outside reasonable control can affect an estimate. Customers must provide an accurate, serviceable delivery address.
Product information and compatibility
Read the complete product listing before ordering. Where compatibility is important, compare the stated model, dimensions, connector, voltage and other requirements with the intended device or use. Contact us before purchase if information is unclear.
